Court of Appeal

If one of the parties to the trial does not agree with a decision of the court of first instance or the company court, it can ask the court of appeal to review the judgment.

Belgium is divided into five major jurisdictions, each of which has a court of appeal: Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Liège and Mons.
