Advocaat.be calls for investigation into expulsion of lawyers during drug trial
We request the Supreme Judicial Council (HRJ) to investigate the judicial order to physically remove, with the help of police, two lawyers from the courtroom. This happened on Thursday 18 September 2025 during the major drug trial Kriva Rochem, in which drug boss Flor Bressers, among others, is on trial.
It is important to know what reasons led the court to that order and whether the HRJ finds that those reasons were proportionate to the order and the manner of its execution.
A line has been crossed. The legal profession may know what the HRJ thinks about that. The public too, for that matter.
